You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your sugal Account remains accurate and current. Changes to name, address, mobile number, or email address must be updated promptly and may require supporting documentation for verification. sugal accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information, including missed OTP messages or notification failures.
An Account that has not been accessed or had any transaction for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. sugal reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ₱50 to inactive Account balances. Players will be notified prior to fee application. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be archived. Archived Accounts can be reactivated by contacting sugal support.
sugal accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawal of funds from your sugal Account is subject to the following conditions:

Bonus credits that are not used within 30 calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire and be forfeited. Wagering requirements must be completed within the same 30-day window. sugal will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
sugal reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and permanently suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; making low-risk, balanced bets with the intent of meeting wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; exploiting software errors or malfunctions; or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional mechanics.
